HTC Touch Diamond: A better-than-ever communicating device from Microsoft
The latest introduction in the HTC squad, the HTC Touch Diamond will probably begin an all-new world of mobiles powered by Microsoft OS. It will be fair to say that this is by far the best mobile Windows has come up with. It has maximum number of features complemented well with a sharp look.
This handheld boasts of a highly attractive design, GPS, VGA screen, and an inbuilt accelerometer as well. This will definitely excite the WinMo fans, but this phone is not only limited to just a small slice. HTC Touch Diamond also has a 3 megapixel camera coupled with TouchFLO UI latest edition.
The phone has a 2.8 inches 65K color VGA display and 3D Home Screen. It is Wi-Fi enabled and has an internal storage capacity of 4GB. As mentioned earlier, it has been brilliantly designed and is very light and compact. Some other important features that make this phone high on the popularity quotient includes a scroll wheel that is touch sensitive, a Microsoft Office document editor for mobile, a Web Browser- Opera, an inbuilt GPS receiver. If that’s not all, it also contains entertaining Teeter games and the video playback performance of this phone deserves special mention.
Now with so many features worth noticing, even the shortcomings are catchy. First of all, the mobile has poor battery life and the screen becomes illegible even under average sunlight. At the same time, there is no space for external memory card and no TV out port as well.
But all said and done, this model is better than all Windows mobile devices and it is here to rule the market with its compact size, VGA screen and attractive looks. Buy HTC Touch Diamond Phone, Black (Sprint)
